Restaurant

Our 'Thyme Out' Restaurant is a relaxed and friendly place to meet and eat with friends and family.

We offer a wide selection of homemade food using home grown vegetables together with farm shop produce.  Our meats come from local suppliers including Willshires of Marks Tey and Millens of Tiptree.  We use local ‘free range’ eggs and our bread is traditionally baked from Blackberry Bakery.  To offer a fabulous cup of coffee we use freshly ground coffee beans.

We serve breakfast daily from 8.30am  to 11.30am from Monday to Saturday and from 9.30am to 11.30am on Sundays.   Our lunch menu offers thick cut sandwiches, warm baguettes, toasted paninis, filled jacket potatoes and a varied childrens menu.  To view our specials, which change weekly, please go to the samples menu.

All of our food is made to order by our skilled chefs and can be tailored to suit any dietary requirements.  We also offer a selection of gluten free dishes and cakes.

In summer enjoy our outdoor seating, overlooking beautiful landscaped gardens and childrens play area.  When it’s colder relax by our impressive coal fire.
