The vast Poplar Nurseries shrubbery is always fully stocked with many unusual varieties in addition to long established favourites. The shrubbery is laid out alphabetically to enable customers to locate their chosen plants with ease. In addition to this we have extensive selections of trees, conifers, fruit, hedging, perennials, alpines and herbs.

A large undercover area leading out from the shop is always well stocked with colourful displays giving ideas for seasonal planting.

Seasonal bedding and vegetables are always very popular and for those looking for something a little unusual, look out for our displays of magnificent continental specimens.

Our large houseplant department has selections of both house and conservatory plants including many beautiful orchids.

Bonsai trees and equipment are located in the outside undercover area in the summer and inside during the winter.

All of our plants people have a sound horticultural knowledge which enables them to handle plant enquiries and give advice if needed.
