Hosted by Jack Rowbottom from Jack’s Meat Shack the course will showcase the very best of Weber, Grillstream and Kamado.
The course will include tasters throughout the event as well as plenty of advice and tips on grilling. It will also go into depth of how to make your own sauces and adventure into the perfect flavour combinations.
Set menu:
Reverse seared pork chops with fire roasted chimichurri
Sticky BBQ chicken - chargrilled chicken legs plus create your own sauce
Show stopping rotisserie chicken kebab with roasted pineapple and served with shredded lettuce and sauces
Oklahoma beef and onion smash burger with Poplar Nurseries chilli jam
