This hardy, herbaceous perennial has golden-edged leaves with a wonderful lemon scent.
Plant in sun partial shade in moist, fertile soil.
If leaves become damaged, or turn green, just trim them well and new variegated leaves will soon appear.
Chopped young leaves (fresh, not cooked) add flavour to salads and soft cheese. Can also be used as a garnish.
