Used since ancient times, Thymus has both culinary and medicinal uses. You can use chopped leaves with vegetables, soup, baking, meat, poultry, pasta, salad or in a bouquet garni. Strip leaves off stalks and chop finely or use sprigs whole and remove them from your dishes before serving.
