A great place to meet
Our restaurant has a great reputation and is often busy so why not book in advance. Bookings for the same day need to be made before 11am and afternoon tea bookings must be at least one day in advance. Contact us with any questions or to make a booking by calling 01206 210374. Our beautiful restaurant is not only popular with gardeners, but it is also a great place to meet up with friends, family or even members of a group. There is capacity to seat a total of 227 people inside and out so we can accommodate larger groups too. We can also cater to all tastes be that a mouth-watering breakfast, a delicious lunch or simply a coffee from our extensive range.

Breakfast is served from 8.30am until 11.30am on Monday to Saturday and from 9.30am until 11.30am on Sunday.
Just give us a call on 01206 210374 and our team will be happy to make a reservation for you. Traditional afternoon teas need to be booked 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability.
Yes, indeed. Clubs and groups are welcome but it’s advisable to call in advance to make sure we can accommodate you.
Please note that booking at least 24 hours in advance is essential for Taste Card and Gourmet Society diners. Please quote Taste Card or Gourmet Society when making your reservation. Taste Card and Gourmet Society are not permitted for walk-in customers.
Exclusions apply as follows: Taste and Gourmet cards are not accepted on Saturdays, Sundays, all of December, Bank Holidays, Celebration Days (such as Mother's Day etc). Please note that we are not open evenings for Taste Card or Gourmet Society bookings.
