You can find our extensive garden centre in Marks Tey, just minutes from Colchester, where we stock an extensive range of plants, garden care accessories, garden furniture, outdoor heating, lawn care products, bird food, bird care accessories, gifts, seasonal produce and much more. All of our friendly plants team have excellent horticultural knowledge, which enables them to deal with any plant enquires and give specialist garden advice.

Although we love our furry friends – dogs are not allowed at Poplar Nurseries with the exception of assistance dogs.
Please have your dog’s assistance ID visible and be aware that all assistance dogs must remain on their leads at all times, thank you.
We're open all week long! Our usual hours are:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am – 5pm
Saturday: 8.30am – 5pm
Sunday: 10am – 4pm (you can browse from 9.30am, tills open at 10am)
Please remember, our opening times can vary around Christmas and Bank Holidays.
