RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY RETURNS:
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you have 28 days to return an item from the date you purchased it.
To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in its original packaging.
The item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
EXCHANGE:
After 28 days, you may return an item for an exchange or credit note. Proof of purchase will still be required and the item will need to be in the same condition as it was purchased.
FAULTY ITEMS:
Our standard policy is that if an item is faulty it can be exchanged or refunded providing there is a receipt or proof of purchase within one year of purchase.
PLANTS:
We can offer a replacement or credit for any container grown hardy plant that dies within one year, provided you have a receipt or proof of purchase, it has been cared for correctly and is returned to us for inspection.
We cannot offer replacements or credits for weather damage.
