Join the Poplar Nurseries Gardening Club
The Poplar Nurseries Gardening Club was established over twenty-five years ago by a team of amateur gardeners as a members club and it has always been well supported by the local community. Meetings are held once a month in the restaurant with a guest speaker at each event talking about a wide range of gardening topics. There are also competitions giving members a chance to show off their best blooms. There are also four or five day trips each year visiting various gardens around the country as well as spring and Christmas social events. Non members are welcome to come on day trips as a guest.
There are currently spaces for new members. If you love gardening and would like to meet fellow gardeners please contact the club Secretary via [email protected] or click the button below. There is also an opportunity to invite you to come along as a guest at a monthly meeting at a cost of £5 which includes refreshments of tea/coffee and biscuits.
